At Casacraft (UEN: 53529613D), we stand behind the quality of our soft furnishings. All eligible goods purchased directly from our official website are covered by a standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

2. Warranty Period

• Standard Product Warranty: Covered for 30 days from the date of delivery across all curtain, drapery, and blind products.

3. What is Covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects present upon delivery or arising under normal indoor usage, including:

• Fabric tears, weave defects, or discoloration present upon delivery.
• Stitching separation or unraveling seams.
• Defective grommets, eyelets, or broken track runners.
• Mechanism jams or pulley failures on roller, Venetian, or vertical blinds.

4. What is Excluded (Not Covered)

This limited warranty strictly does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, or natural fabric fading from prolonged sun exposure.
• Damage resulting from improper washing, liquid spills, or mold growth.
• Accidental fabric cuts, severe pulls, or unauthorized self-alterations.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at info@casacraftsg.shop with your Order Number and proof of purchase.
• Provide clear video or photos demonstrating the issue or defect.
• Our team will assess your claim within 1 to 2 business days and provide instructions for exchange.

6. Resolution & Replacements

• Replacement: If the claim is approved, we will issue a direct 1-to-1 product replacement free of charge.
• Store Credit / Refund: If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue full store credit or a direct refund.
• Freight Fees: Casacraft will cover return and redelivery shipping fees for all validated warranty claims within Singapore.
